Waka’s boyfriend, Atsushi, is ill and requires 100 million yen for treatment. It’s an astronomical amount, far beyond what Waka’s boyfriend can afford. However, she receives a call from someone she doesn’t know. This person introduces himself as someone from a company organizing a game show for non-travelers, with a grand prize of 100 million yen. The stranger invites Waka to a meeting at a nearby waterfall to discuss the details. Waka, seeing this as an opportunity to gather the necessary funds for Atsushi’s treatment, agrees to attend.
Surprisingly, upon arrival at the specified location, Waka finds herself alone with several unfamiliar individuals in red outfits. Suddenly, a man in a black suit and apparent leadership role appears, introducing himself and revealing that everyone present is participating in a life-or-death game show.
